Few members of my AMAL family

The place where I met fellows having diverse knowledge and each one owned a different perspective of life which helped me to see the things both from inside and outside of the circle. I have never seen any group of people striving with such passion for learning new things and improving their personal & professional self. Gratitude is a gift so today I would love to Thank every individual connected to 154th Specifically Madam Zohra & Sir Tayyab Kaleem , for contributing their part in making this family more healthy. With the hope that we all will stay connected through this bond.

Before applying for AMAL fellowship, I was wondering & was busy in routine online classes of University, I read books, & was almost free at home, one of my class fellow once told me about AMAL. I asked myself that you can manage the workload of University, why not give it a try. I believe that this was the best decision ever I took for myself & my career.

Things which I learnt at AMAL, honestly, can never be taught at any Institute domestically. I can proudly say that AMAL had changed my direction of thinking & had much more impact on my life. I am super privileged being a part of AMAL family.

Knowing even no one, I found such amazing teachers & amazing colleagues that I may never ever forget. The kind of help they provided morally is above all. The encouragement I received even on my mistakes made me feel amazed. I came to know in AMAL that here you will always find encouraging people, they will boost your morale always, they will help you whenever you ask for help, they will guide you, they will correct you, this is the beauty of AMAL, honestly some times you realize that our teachers were more worried about us than ourselves.

The constant environment of learning & appreciation makes you feel Important & included, whether it may be Online sessions, learning group activities & meetings, Group discussions & breakout rooms.

For the journey I had with AMAL so far, I would only say it as tremendous & incredible. I was so confused about my career that what should I do next after graduating, should I go for another Degree or Job?, AMAL cleared my ways of thinking & enlightened my thoughts with examples.

An Online Session

Here I learnt how to communicate more clearly, what should I do next & How can I do it & to develop other skills that are important for moving forward in my career. Today, I see my self a more powerful, confident & bold to handle things in a better way than few months back me.

Last not least, time I spent with AMAL family is something I would honestly cherish forever. With a heavy heart, it is very sad but true that we will be leaving in a week or two but memories we made in this fellowship are ever lasting. I will truly miss the weekend sessions, my preparations for weekly sessions, the Project Works, all my colleagues, the very energetic Madam Zohra & the calm personality of Sir Tayyab.

I wish this bond of Batch 154 remains strong & healthy for ever.

#Blessed ❤
