Time spent at AMAL, is the time spent well & invested well in the future, I will always remember this beautiful journey in remarkable words, because I believe that I got the most out of it.
Platform where you continuously strive to get a better self of your personal & professional career, where your undiscovered skills are discovered, they are polished, your creative skills are improved, your speaking skills, your writing skills are enhanced, you get the chance to express yourself with people from diverse backgrounds & knowledge. When I joined this platform, I don’t even know about the environment and the ways of work. I believe it’s an institution where we learn skills but differently from other institutions. AMAL is in fact a family, where we respect each other, support each other and do have fun activities alongside.
Honesty, Responsibility, Growth, Humility & Acceptance, these are not just words, being part of AMAL we have learned that these are values and they have great importance in our lives. Observing these important values can have significant impacts on our lives.

The Online sessions was all about speaking our hearts out, now reflecting on these 3 months and making our fellows know how we feel about each other .These three months included many emotions and reflections from the fellows and the facilitators as well.
This is a place where you come to find your potential Goals & the reason behind that goals. AMAL helps you recognize your goals, & make a positive approach in reaching more close to your goals.
Here I learned how to communicate effectively, being in communication it is very important to be specific & stick to your main idea, rather unclear. You must obey AMAL here to keep it “Saada” using simple & easy words. Lack & gaps in communication comes from lack of specificity, the medium & ways of communication adopted.
Here I worked in different groups, having people from diverse backgrounds, knowledge & understandings, I found everyone so helping & cooperative & keen to help you sincerely.
The prestigious Academy Teachers assisted me in a lot of aspects, in handling my fears. In the initial days I was a normal fellow and was shy in taking challenges, But because of my dedicated instructors Madam Zohra Hassan & Sir Tayyab Kaleem Khan, I have had tried to come out of my comfort zone & achieved few awards for going the extra-mile. Their continuous efforts & support have made me capable of handling difficult situations smartly & their appreciations have instilled trust in my self, what may be the results but at least give it a sincere try, everything will be alright.
I’ m writing this with immense Gratefulness that I was amongst the fortunate candidates who have transformed significantly due to the effort of AMAL & Instructors had!
I will miss the Three months Journey throughout my life, this was an Amazing experience I have ever had in my life.
